By accessing and using ColdMail AI ("the Extension"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Extension.

2. Description of Service

ColdMail AI is a Google Workspace Extension that helps users generate personalized cold emails by analyzing social media profiles and contact information from Google Sheets. The Extension uses artificial intelligence to create customized email content.

3. User Accounts and Access

To use the Extension, you must:

  • Have a valid Google Workspace account
  • Grant necessary permissions for the Extension to access your Google Sheets
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Extension to send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or harassing communications
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
  • Use automated systems to abuse or overload our services
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Extension to generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Seven Nodes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the emails generated using the Extension. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized data to improve our AI models and services.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Extension uses artificial intelligence to generate email content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated emails before sending
  • You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Extension, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any data you provide to the Extension, including contact information and social media profile URLs.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Extension will be available at all times. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Extension at any time
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
  • Limit access to the Extension for any reason

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEVEN NODES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seven Nodes, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Extension after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Seven Nodes operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
